Check-in and check-out, use of the wellness area and cancellation deadlines
Rooms are guaranteed to be ready for check-in from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. We cannot accept requests for a free earlier check-in. If you arrive earlier, please ask at reception if your room is ready.
On the day of departure, the room is available until 11:00 am.
Regardless of the above check-in and check-out times, you can use our wellness area all day long on both the day of arrival and the day of departure. This gives you a better opportunity to book massage and cosmetic appointments.
Individual hotel reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 p.m. (our local time) on the day before arrival. For a later cancellation we charge a cancellation fee of 80% of all booked service(s). An advance payment is not necessary. If you book a non-cancellable option, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the booked services in the event of rebooking or cancellation. For late arrivals after 6 p.m. we ask for a credit card guarantee in advance. Please note that booking portals may have different conditions. The conditions for package reservations can be found in detail under the heading “arrangements/packages”.
The cancellation and payment modalities for group bookings depend on the number of rooms and scope of services and will be communicated as part of the offer.
