Chef René Büscher and Sous Chef Oliver Fritzsche are happy to take you on a food tour around the world. They cook dishes cross-over, so to speak!

From the colorful leaf lettuce of the region, an asian touched power broth, to the "Gessler Collection" Cheeseburger and Jumis's cheese selection from Switzerland.

Our service manager and sommelier Adriano Personé will be happy to help you with the right drink! Whether craft beer, Badisches Viertele or a glass of good Bordeaux.
