Chef Oliver Fritzsche will be happy to take you on a food tour around the world. He cooks dishes cross-over, so to speak!

From the colorful leaf lettuce of the region, an asian touched power broth, to the "Gessler Collection" Cheeseburger and Jumis's cheese selection from Switzerland.

We will be happy to help you with the right drink! Whether craft beer, Badisches Viertele or a glass of good Bordeaux.
