Payment
- A deposit of 70% of the booked arrangement price must be paid no later than 28 days before arrival. The balance can be paid upon departure.
- A credit card guarantee is required.
- Payment is possible by bank transfer, Paypal or by credit card (Visa, Master, American Express).

Cancellation policy
- Package bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. Advance payments made would be refunded immediately.
- If you cancel after this deadline, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked package price.
- If you cancel within the last 7 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the booked arrangement price.
