René Büscher


René Büscher, the Chef de Cuisine in our s Badische Wirtshus, was born on 28.01.1983 and has been cooking for us since 2008. Before joining Schloss Reinach, he gained valuable experience at a variety of different places all over the world:

  • Training: Landhaus Feckl, Ehningen (1999 – 2002)
  • Chef at the "Aramark", Ludwigsburg (2002)
  • The German Bundeswehr (2002, 2003)
  • Military Officers' Company, Stuttgart (2003)
  • Chef de Partie at the "Grinzane Cavour" restaurant, Alba / Italy (2003)
  • Tournand at the "Aramark", Ludwigsburg (2004)
  • Chef Entremetier at the "Residenz Heinz Winkler", Aschau (2005 – 2007)
  • Chef de Partie at the Bayview Wairakei Resort, Taupo / New Zealand (2007 – 2008)
  • Schloss Reinach, Restaurant "s Badische Wirtshus" (since 2008)
