In the restaurant Regional, the name says it all. Chef Oliver Rausch, together with Sous Chef Christian Koch, fully concentrates on regionality: the best Baden and Black Forest products are processed into fine dishes.

The kitchen will remain down-to-earth and not reach for the stars.

Restaurant manager Giulia Emig will be happy to accompany you through the service of fine regional cuisine in a modern pub atmosphere.

Cross-over

The world in a restaurant! That is both the goal and the naming.

Chef René Büscher and Sous Chef Oliver Fritzsche are happy to take you on a food tour around the world. They cook dishes sort-of cross-over!

From the colorful asparagus salad of the region, the US-Beef Trip-Tip-Steak from the beefer, to surf and turf from the French pigeon breast and a baked deep-sea shrimp, to kebab "Schloss Reinach" and Jumis's cheese selection from Switzerland.

Our service manager and sommelier Adriano Personé will gladly help you with the right drink! Whether craft beer, Badisches Viertele or a good Bordeaux by the glass.

Enjoy a colorful and stylish interior between wooden beams and clay walls and join us on an international trip in Freiburg-Munzingen.

The Vivothek team awaits you from morning to night with fine dishes for small or large appetites: homemade pasta, delicious antipasti, crispy salads and other temptations. At the end of the day, the limoncello bar invites you to have a refreshing drink.
