Peter Bürgin


Peter Bürgin, the Chef-de-Cuisine in our banquet department, was born on 23.12.1968, and has been at Schloss Reinach since the end of 2007. He gained his considerable experience, from which he draws the necessary inspiration for his superb creations, in a variety of highly regarded Baden kitchens:

  • Ramada Renaissance Hotel, Karlsruhe (1989 – 1991)
  • Historic Wine Restaurant Freihof, Wiesloch (1991)
  • Chef Tournant and then Chef-de-Cuisine at the Hotel Restaurant Freihof (1993 – 1995)
  • Master School Baden-Baden (1995 – 1996)
  • Chef-de-Cuisine at the Schlosshotel Michelfeld (1996 – 2005)
  • Chef-de-Cuisine at the Ratsstube Dühren (2006 – 2007)
  • Chef-de-Cuisine at the Restaurant s Badische Wirtshus, Schloss Reinach (since 2007)
